This project includes the spodumene roasting rotary kiln exhaust gas desulfurization project and the power workshop 1×10t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler flue gas desulfurization project. Among them, the spodumene roasting rotary kiln tail gas desulfurization project adopts the sodium-alkali process, and the desulfurizer is 50% (NaOH) lye for production. The flue gas volume is 28000m3/h, the flue gas temperature is 150-200℃, the sulfur content of coal burning is 0.8%, and the SO2 emission concentration is 200mg/m3. The flue gas is drawn from the original fan, pressurized by the booster fan, and then enters the desulfurization tower, and is in countercurrent contact with the circulating liquid made of 50% lye. The circulating waste liquid is pumped to the sodium salt workshop as a by-product of sodium salt. The project was signed in February 2018, and the construction was completed and started operation in June 2018. The flue gas desulfurization project of the 1×10t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in the power workshop adopts the sodium-alkali process, and the desulfurizer is 50% (NaOH) lye for production. The flue gas volume is 26600m3/h, the flue gas temperature is 155-165℃, the SO2 concentration is 1500mg/m3, and the emission is 200mg/m3. The flue gas is drawn from the original fan, pressurized by the booster fan, and then enters the desulfurization tower, and is in countercurrent contact with the circulating liquid made of 50% lye. The circulating waste liquid is pumped to the sodium salt workshop as a by-product of sodium salt. The project was signed in February 2018, and the construction was completed and started operation in April 2018.
